Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Monitors departmental handling of offenses committed by employees. 
  • Assist Manager Employee Relations and department representatives in handling cases such as but not limited to Training Review Board, Event Review Board, Committee on Decorum and Investigation and Administrative proceeding. 
  • Acts as a liaison officer with JG General Counsel Group and Business Unit. 
  • Ensure a systematic document filing and monitoring of Labor cases. 
  • Assist in creating training modules on employee discipline, occupational safety and health and other labor relations matters. 
  • Assist in Flight 387 commemoration. 
  • Prepare IR case reports. 
  • Assist in developing policy and procedure related to employee discipline, emergency response procedure and Drug Free workplace. 
  • Ensure Drug free workplace policy is in place. 
  • Prepares cash advances and payment advise such as but not limited to Registered Mail, Lawyer representations, Flight 387, and OSH programs.
  • Assists Manager in maintaining harmonious and productive employee-employer relationship. Identify and manage programs for the betterment of employee welfare. 
  • Prepare report compliance reports related to occupational safety and health and sustainability.

  • Have 1-3 years experience in Industrial Relations
  • Have knowledge in labor law, regulations, and industrial relations practices
  • Have Conflict resolution and negotiation experience
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization.
